What are your office hours?
- Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm
- Saturdays 9 am t0 2 pm.
We work seven days a week and teach from several locations or travel to provide on-site service.

What is your phone number?
The phone number is 208-991-2770.
We try and answer phone calls between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday. However, if we do not answer, we are probably talking with another customer or teaching a class and are unable to respond.
Many questions can be answered here on our website. If you decide to call and leave a message, messages are returned in the order they are received (usually within 24 hours).
For a faster response, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as emails are typically answered faster, the same day.

What should I wear?
The course is very hands on so we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that allow moving around. We also recommend that women do not wear deep V cut shirts and if you have long hair, we advise you pull it back.
How many people are in a CPR class?
In general, ten people are the maximum number of students we like to have in class, but we hold classes frequently in our office with an average of 4 to 6 students in attendance.
How long will the course take?
It depends on the course that you select. We take as long as it takes for everyone to master the material.
THE CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid class, along with the Pediatric Frist Aid and Cpr Class take no more
The Basic life Support class averages 3 hours in lenght.
What if I have never taken CPR before?
You do not need to have any prior knowledge of CPR to attend a class. We applaud you for taking the initiative to learn and educate yourself. We will teach you everything you need to know.
Will I have to share a manikin with someone else?
In most classes, there are enough manikins to accommodate every student.
Basic Life Support does cover multi-rescuer CPR; students work on one manakin as a team using the appropriate protective barriers.
Which CPR class do I need to take?
That depends on your needs.
Why are you taking the class?
If you are taking the class for work, what does your job require that you have?
First Aid, CPR, and AED are for those in the community that want or need to learn how to help a person in need. Most jobs not related to healthcare will wish to this training.
Childcare providers will most like need to want to attend the Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED class.
If you are health care worker or a student in the healthcare field, you will probably need the BLS for Healthcare Providers course.

When do I receive my Certification Card
We email Certification cards within two business days from the date of the class.
Weekends and Holiday do not count as business days.

How long in my certification good for?
Most certifications are valid for two years.
In the City of Boise, Idaho, Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED is only valid for one year.
BloodBorne Pathogens Certification is only valid for one year.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards, Cash, Checks, and Money orders
Who Processes your online payments
You have the option to make your payment via Authorize.net or Paypal.
What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?
Class starts at the scheduled time, arrive before the start to check in.
If for some reason you cannot attend your scheduled class Young Hearts Education requires a 24-hour notice. A $10.00 fee may charge for cancellations. No Refunds will be allowed with less than 24-hour notice.
Young Hearts Education allows a one-time opportunity to reschedule, in the case of emergency/illness, providing our office is notified before the start of class. You must reschedule within two days and are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
There will be no Refunds given with less than 24-hour notice before the start of the originally scheduled class. If you do not reschedule or do not attend the class, you will forfeit the entire course fee.
We may cancel a class if less than three (3) people are enrolled. Registered participants will be rescheduled without charge or upon request refunded their class payment.
There are no refunds for “no-shows” or registrations canceled on the day of the class. A “no-show” is any student the does not call before the start of the class or arrives 5 minutes after the beginning of a scheduled course.
“No-shows” for skills classes will be charged $20.00 for rescheduling.
