We try and answer phone calls between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday. However, if we do not answer, we are probably talking with another customer or teaching a class and are unable to respond.

What should I wear?

The course is very hands on so we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that allow moving around. We also recommend that women do not wear deep V cut shirts and if you have long hair, we advise you pull it back.

How many people are in a CPR class?

In general, ten people are the maximum number of students we like to have in class, but we hold classes frequently in our office with an average of 4 to 6 students in attendance.

How long will the course take?

It depends on the course that you select. We take as long as it takes for everyone to master the material.

THE CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid class, along with the Pediatric Frist Aid and Cpr Class take no more than 4 hours.

The Basic life Support class averages 3 hours in lenght.

What if I have never taken CPR before?

You do not need to have any prior knowledge of CPR to attend a class. We applaud you for taking the initiative to learn and educate yourself. We will teach you everything you need to know.

Will I have to share a manikin with someone else?

In most classes, there are enough manikins to accommodate every student.

Basic Life Support does cover multi-rescuer CPR; students work on one manakin as a team using the appropriate protective barriers.

Which CPR class do I need to take?

That depends on your needs.

Why are you taking the class?

If you are taking the class for work, what does your job require that you have?

First Aid, CPR, and AED are for those in the community that want or need to learn how to help a person in need. Most jobs not related to healthcare will wish to this training.

Childcare providers will most like need to want to attend the Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED class.

If you are health care worker or a student in the healthcare field, you will probably need the BLS for Healthcare Providers course.

If you are not sure which one your job requires, please check with them to be sure
