Would update requirements for Residential Care / Assisted Living Personnel: To provide for at least one (1) direct care staff with certification in first aid and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the facility at all times. Facilities with multiple buildings or units will have at least one (1) direct care staff with certification in first aid and CPR in each building or each unit at all times. All staff employed by the facility, including housekeeping personnel, or contract personnel, or both, who may come into contact with potentially infectious material, must be trained in infection control procedures for universal precautions. Staff must receive specialized training within thirty (30) days of hire. No restriction placed on training entity.

We meet this requirement.
