How long will the course take?
It depends on the course that you select. We take as long as it takes for everyone to master the material.
What are your office hours?
We work seven days a week and teach from several locations or travel to provide on-site service. Please Visit Our Calendar to see all class times. Our office hours are by appointment only. Please email email@example.com to arrange a time to meet.
What should I wear?
The course is very hands on so we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. We also recommend that women do not wear deep V cut shirts and if you have long hair we advise you pull it back.
Which CPR class do I need to take?
That depends on your needs. Why are you taking the class? If you are taking the class for work, what does you work require that you have? First Aid, CPR, and AED is for those in the community that want or need to learn how to help a person in need. Most jobs not related to healthcare will want this training. Childcare providers will most like need to want to attend the Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED class. If you are healthcare worker or a student in the healthcare field, you will probably need the BLS for Healthcare Providers course. If you are not sure which one is required for your job, please check with them to be sure
How many people are in a CPR class?
In general, 10 people are the maximum number of students we like to have in class but we hold classes frequently in our office with an average of 4-6 student in attendance.
What if I have never taken CPR before?
You do not need to have any prior knowledge of CPR to attend a class. We applaud you for taking the initiative to learn and educate yourself. We will teach you everything you need to know.
What is your phone number?

Will I have to share a manikin with someone else?
In most classes there are enough manikins to accommodate every student. The Basic Life Support for the Professional Rescuer does cover multi-rescuer CPR, students work on one manakin as a team using the appropriate protective barriers.
